Some of the more common forms of contracts used by EMCON Project Management are the FIDIC, JBCC and NEC suites.
Even though Risk Management forms an integral part of project and contract management, this is a separate service offered by EMCON Project Management. They have in-depth knowledge and experience in developing and implementing risk policies, systems and management programs for companies. This covers the whole cycle of identification, assessment, mitigation and management of risk.
What makes EMCON Project Management unique, is that Industrial Engineering is integrated into the project management, risk management and contract management services, enabling EMCON to use Industrial Engineering tools and techniques, to not only optimise project delivery, but also to drive business improvement, business analysis and logistical efficiencies as separate value additions and service offering.
